
Margaret J. Allen received her law degree cum laude from Golden Gate University in 1984. She was an extern for Justice Zerne P. Haning in the California Court of Appeal, First District, and for the Marin County Superior Court. She has extensive trial experience with juries throughout the Bay Area and is skilled at resolving cases through binding arbitration and mediation. Ms. Allen is experienced with problems involving real estate, breach of contract, fraud, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, probate, and trade secret claims. She volunteers regularly with the LARC pro bono clinic sponsored by the Bar Association of San Francisco and the CLASP pro bono clinic sponsored by the Alameda County Bar Association. She lives in Berkeley with her husband, Mitchell, and dog, Cleo.
